Cleo is a true lover of life and firm believer that movement is medicine. She was first drawn to Yogic philosophy and asana as a way to self soothe in a chaotic world, it soon became an embodied tool for transformation and dedicated journey that will forever be unfolding. As a mother of 5, she knows just how busy life can get and how important it is to slow down, regather and connect. Devoted to raising consciousness, health and fitness, healing and inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves, she looks forward to seeing you on the mat.
