Elissa is passionate about supporting others in living authentic and wholesome lives. Attuning to our inner peace and stillness is critical in sustaining wellness in a world that is in constant flux and unpredictable chaos. By facilitating the introspective practices of yin yoga and yoga nidra, Elissa promotes deeper connection towards a heart-felt sense of being. Meditation and yogic practices formed part of Elissa’s lifestyle as a teenager which eventually lead to professional training during her residency in the United States. Teachers who have been highlights of Elissa’s training include Jeremy Wolf, Bernie Clark, Kamini Desai PhD, John Vosler, and Richard Miller PhD. Elissa views herself as a student of life and believes in giving back to the community through her own lived experience and education to support and uplift others. Elissa holds a B.A. in Contemplative Psychology and an M.A. in Ecopsychology through Naropa University, CO.
