Emily is the mother of two beautiful little humans, and deeply loves Yoga. She is a certified Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin, Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga, Pranayama and Pilates teacher. Emily has been teaching and practicing for 14 years. Emily found Yoga following the unexpected passing away of her Dad in 2009. She found that Yoga pulled her out of the heaviness of grief, into a lifelong journey towards joy, peace and acceptance. For Emily, Yoga is about coming together - the delicate dance of connections. The balance between strength and flexibility, exertion and stillness and the overwhelming bliss of truly being able to let go. Creating mastery over the physical to provide stability for the mind and spirit to expand. Finding the bridge between your breath and everything life has to offer. She loves inviting her studends to move, sweat, breathe, connect and release alongside her.
