John Mcaleer

John is a  yoga teacher and flexibility trainer. John spends most of his free time training and competing in jiu jitsu and enjoys most physical pursuits that allows him to flow. John brings a wealth of knowledge infunctional movement, mechanics and flexibility, which he incorporates into his classes. John loves helping people with all things range of motion - either by creating flexibility or developing strength and stability.
