Sue fortunately stumbled into yoga 12 years ago when a career in construction as well as becoming a mother of twins stressed her out! Sounds dramatic yet Yoga limbered her mind and body and life got better from then on.
Her lively storytelling, ability to share themes and her light fun nature makes her classes open and inclusive to all people. A seasoned teacher, Sue’s classes creatively vary from strong vinyasa flows to yin ease. Her relatable classes intuitively make all feel welcomed.
