I'm Lauren Elle, your Pilates instructor, bringing a blend of fitness and mindfulness to enhance your well-being. Consider me a "holistic enthusiast" - someone who believes in the power of connecting with your body and mind, while also appreciating the playful side of fitness. My love for animals runs deep. I had the incredible opportunity to work with wildlife as a presenter at Australia Zoo, and my German Shepherd, Tank, is my loyal companion. The studio is my sanctuary. I'm trained in Pilates and find true happiness in guiding people towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle through mindful movement. When I’m not in the studio, I am marrying people and celebrating lives as a celebrant and MC. I find solace in yoga and meditation, but also believe in the power of strength training and pushing ourselves to new limits. There's something exhilarating about embracing new challenges and witnessing my clients' progress and growth. So, whether you're new to Pilates, looking to achieve specific fitness goals, or simply seeking arejuvenating workout, I'm here to infuse your journey with positive energy, laughter, and burning bums.
